In case of the course access 'valid till selection’ you will have access to the recorded videos, notes and questions, but not to the live doubt clarification sessions conducted by the faculty.

In case of the courses purchased earlier with the validity as 'valid till selection’ you will have access to the recorded videos, notes and questions for a maximum period of 1 years, but not to the live doubt clarification sessions conducted by the faculty.

The access to Live Doubt Clarification Classes would be provided only for the first attempt / first year from enrollment.

You would have to pay a nominal additional fee the following year only for the Live Doubt Sessions but access to the updated content would not be chargeable for 1 years. You can write to www.examadviser.com if you wish to avail the same.

To avoid the misuse of your account, the course access will be initially provided for one year and at the expiry of your access you will be supposed to write to us at https://examadviser.com/contactus for activating the course again for one more year. This exercise will have to be repeated every year.

Once you get selected and join a job you will be required to inform this to us by writing an email at www.examadviser.com . The course access to your account will be stopped then.

The Course Content can be accessed from any one devices, Mobile. In case of any issue in accessing the course content please send email to us at www.examadviser.com .

Sharing your password with any other person is illegal and suitable action will be taken if any such incident is found. Access to the course will be immediately stopped if any such activities are found on your account.

In case of any cashback or refund offers, you should have accessed at least 75% of the course content and Mock Test questions to be eligible for a refund/cashback

Any live sessions or mock interviews conducted by examadviser featuring any (old or existing) examadvise users will be the sole property of examadvise and examadvise will have the rights to use such videos/ parts of videos on the Website or for other promotional purposes. "The Study Notes/PDFs provided by examguru as part of the course content are not downloadable unless specified."

examadvise follows a strict "No Refund" policy for any of its online courses or services offered. You are requested to understand the product details thoroughly before placing the final order. We will not entertain any cancellation requests if the orders have already been completed. Unless otherwise explicitly mentioned in the plan, we do not provide any refund. These Terms and Conditions, its subject matter and examguru's and your respective rights under these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. By registering on examadviser website you agree that any dispute related to examadviser shall be submitted as per the jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat state.
